We spent one night here and had an incredible experience. Staff were exceptionally friendly, and made it clear that they took great pride in their grounds and facility. The accommodations, main house, and garden were spectacular and immaculately clean. There were numerous small things that were lovely touches to the experience, such as complimentary port in the living room area, and the presence of an artist who was actively painting beautiful scenes in the main house. This is the best overnight accommodations I have had anywhere in Canada; it was more than just accommodations, it was an experience that I felt was well worth the price. We stayed in the "Steeples" room, and found it spacious and luxurious.

My room was the Earl - my room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed, a large sitting room and a private balcony which offered an outstanding view. The landscaping was specular. The staff was very obliging and did everything achievable to make my visit special. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. It is in good location which requires no driving with lots of activities in the area. A very special thanks to Pamela and Diane for a wonderful stay. Good luck in the future.

We loved this B&B! It's completely charming from the staff to the decor to the gardens. It's beautifully appointed. The breakfast was delicious. It was pretty quiet as well. It's also well located, just a short walk to the waterfront and the shops. It seemed like the people who worked there were very passionate about the place. If we ever in Saint Andrews again, we'll be back!

This is a 10/10 bed & breakfast experience. The grounds & rooms are immaculate. Perfect place to relax and take it easy either in the beautiful garden or the comforatable interior. My wife and I were looking for a quick weekend getaway and this spot did not dissapoint! Breakfast scones, coffee & croissants were stellar. Everything in town is perfectly walkable. Have a good laugh at the bad reviews, and don't hesitate to book. We will be back!

The staff was great. The food superb. The freshly made scones and croissants over the top. Fun flavours of mimosas included at no charge. The location perfect. The suite all one could ever ask for! Will be back. I had a good laugh over one review complaining of everything. Some people are never happy. Laughed really hard. The staff were really nice and actually from there! Will be back.

My family and I spent one night at the Kingsbrae Arms the last week of August and loved it. The service was truly exceptional — we arrived late and the staff took great care to help us get the little ones settled quickly. Our breakfast the next morning was delicious, and we enjoyed a few lawn games before strolling down the road into town. Little details, like complimentary cookies and coffee available in between meals, were so sweet, and appreciated by a family departing on a road trip. And our room was lovely — large and private and quiet. I should say that we spent a night at the local Marriott during a previous trip, and the Kingsbrae was a far better experience, quieter and friendlier. We look forward to staying again.

This is a gem of a inn / B&B next door to a gem of a garden. Kingsbrae Arms is a wonderful, small, beautifully appointed inn. The rooms are spacious and the decor is lovely. It feels like you are staying in a luxurious manor house in England. Many of the rooms seem to have balconies overlooking the inn's lovely garden. Our room was on the ground floor, in the "stables" and it opened onto the garden, which was great for our dog to play and run. Our room had a living room, a small kitchen and a HUGE king bed, which was great. It also had a gigantic bathroom, a whirlpool tub and a shower with 6 shower heads. Breakfast is included and it's a combination continental breakfast with tiny hot quiches served at your table. In the summer the garden is an extension of the breakfast area and you can go outside and eat under the lovely sun umbrellas. It is a must-stay location to see the extraordinary Kingbrae Gardens.
